About the Company

We are a newly established maritime company operating a fleet of dry bulk carriers, with strong ownership and ambitious plans for expansion. To support our headquarters, we are seeking a reliable and well-organized Office Administration Manager to handle daily office operations and ensure the smooth functioning of the company’s administrative framework.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day office operations, ensuring efficiency and professional standards.
  • Handle general administration tasks: correspondence, filing, documentation control, office supplies, and vendor coordination.
  • Provide administrative support to senior management (reports, scheduling, meetings, presentations).
  • Organize travel arrangements, visas, and logistics for shore-based staff and management.
  • Act as the first point of contact for office-related services and suppliers.
  • Ensure the office environment is maintained to a professional and compliant standard.
  • Support the preparation of company records and official documentation for audits, board meetings, and regulatory purposes.
  • Assist in corporate events, staff communication, and general company representation.

Minimum Requirements

  • University degree in Business Administration, Shipping, or related field.
  • Prior experience in office administration within a maritime company is highly desirable.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with discretion and confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in English and Greek (spoken & written) and MS Office applications.
  • Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced, international business environment.
